How is today going?

I am allowed to take up space.

This is what the app does every morning: asks how today is going, then hands you a line that fits it. Coming to iPhone in August 2026.

Why women, specifically

Written for her.

The searches women type into their phones are specific: body image after thirty, mother guilt, burnout, money shame, starting over after a breakup, walking into a room where you're the only woman. Her Affirmations starts from those realities. Every line in the library is written for women from the first word, in language that sounds like a person, and matched to what you tell us about your life during onboarding.

From the library

Ten to start with.

I am allowed to take up space.
I speak to myself the way I'd speak to a woman I love.
Rest is part of the work, and I am allowed to do it.
I don't have to earn my own kindness.
Today I will meet myself where I am, not where I think I should be.
My body is on my side.
I can want more and be grateful at the same time.
The version of me I'm becoming is worth the patience.
I am not behind. I am on my own clock.
Soft is not the same as small.

Morning to midnight

A day, held.

7:04 · The kettle

The first voice I hear today can be mine.

12:31 · Outside the meeting room

I prepared. Whatever happens next, that part is already true.

18:20 · The commute home

I can put the to-do list down. It will still respect me in the morning.

23:47 · The ceiling

Doubt is loud tonight. It is still not in charge of tomorrow.

The app

A daily practice, built around you.

Tuned to you

Onboarding asks about your season of life and how you're doing. The affirmations you see, and when you see them, follow from that.

A gentle nudge, on your schedule

Morning, commute, 2 a.m. overthinking. You choose the moments, we bring the words.

Beautiful enough to keep

More than a hundred hand-designed backgrounds, with sound and motion. Save any affirmation as wallpaper or share it as a card.

Before you ask

Questions, answered honestly.

What is Her Affirmations?

Her Affirmations is an iOS app that delivers daily affirmations written specifically for women. During onboarding it asks about your current state and goals, then tailors which affirmations you see, when you see them, and how they're phrased.

When does it launch?

The iOS app launches in August 2026. Waitlist members get access first, along with honest notes from the build along the way.

How much will it cost?

Free to download, with a premium subscription for the full library, deeper personalization, and every theme. Waitlist members get launch pricing.

How is it different from other affirmation apps?

Every affirmation is written for women from the first word. The app pays attention to how you're doing and shapes what you see around that. And each line is written so you can say it without your own mind arguing back, even on a low day.

Do affirmations actually work?

Used consistently, they can change the tone of your inner voice. The lines that work are the ones you can honestly say, so we write every one to stay within reach. Give a line a few weeks at the same moment each day and see what it does.
